What changes the price

The honest part most printers won't say

If you want engraving, embossing or watermarked stock, a specialist stationer is the right call — those are genuinely different crafts and the result shows it.

Our case is everyday stationery that matches the cards and envelopes and behaves properly in the printer it will actually be used in.

That's an honest comparison — the mega printers really are cheaper on a single promotional order, and a good corner shop really does offer hands-on service. Our case is consistency: every printed piece tied into the same brand system as your digital presence.

Pick: Quotes and proposals

Where it earns its keep

A proposal on printed letterhead reads as a company; the same words on plain paper read as an estimate scribbled out. For anything you want signed, the paper is part of the argument.

Order letterhead and envelopes together so the color and margins agree. Ordered separately they drift, and a mismatched set is more noticeable than no letterhead at all.

How an Order Actually Goes

Here's the actual sequence when you order: your file is checked by a person before anything prints — resolution, bleed, safe zones. If something's wrong, you hear from us with a fix, not a reprint bill. Production runs on commercial presses, not office equipment. You get tracking when it ships. If a deadline is tight, we tell you whether we can hit it before you pay — we've turned down orders we couldn't deliver on time rather than take the money and miss.

Questions

Letterhead Printing FAQ

Will printed letterhead go through my office printer?

Yes — this is uncoated text-weight stock, which is what laser and inkjet printers are built for. Coated or heavy card is what causes jams and toner that sits on the surface and rubs off. Leave a clear margin where your printer cannot reach, usually a few millimetres all round.

How much of the page should the letterhead design use?

Less than you think. The design frames the letter; it does not compete with it. A header, a footer and generous white space leaves room for the content and ages far better than a full-color border that dates the moment your branding shifts.

What's the minimum and maximum order quantity?

The minimum is 250 and the maximum is 25,000 per line item. Any quantity in that range is orderable in the store, and per-unit cost drops as quantity rises.

How long does letterheads printing take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–4 business days — your exact turnaround is confirmed on the product page before you pay.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If it's our error — improper cutting, print quality, color or print shift, or printing delays — we fix it, period. First-time retail customers are also covered by our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Full details are on our guarantee page.
