What changes the price

The honest part most printers won't say

If you need bulk mailing services — addressing, sorting, postal discounts, drop shipping to a facility — a mail house does that end to end and will beat handling it yourself.

We print the envelopes. The value is that they match the letterhead, the cards and everything else, which a mail house will not do for you.

That's an honest comparison — the mega printers really are cheaper on a single promotional order, and a good corner shop really does offer hands-on service. Our case is consistency: every printed piece tied into the same brand system as your digital presence.

When You Shouldn't Order Envelope From Us

Which Envelope Is Best for Your Situation?

Pick: Printed return address

Invoices and statements

A printed envelope reads as a business rather than a bill from nobody. For anything asking to be paid, looking legitimate is the whole job.

Pick: Matched to letterhead

Correspondence that looks like a set

Order envelopes and letterhead together and the pair reads as deliberate. Separately ordered stationery almost always drifts on color and margin.

Buy the run once

Envelopes do not go stale as long as the address on them is current. Buying a year at a time is materially cheaper per piece than reordering quarterly.

How an Order Actually Goes

Here's the actual sequence when you order: your file is checked by a person before anything prints — resolution, bleed, safe zones. If something's wrong, you hear from us with a fix, not a reprint bill. Production runs on commercial presses, not office equipment. You get tracking when it ships. If a deadline is tight, we tell you whether we can hit it before you pay — we've turned down orders we couldn't deliver on time rather than take the money and miss.

Questions

Envelope Printing FAQ

Should envelopes be printed or should I use labels?

Printed, for anything representing the business. A label on a blank envelope reads as improvised, and on invoices and statements that costs you credibility exactly where you need it. Labels make sense for one-off packages, not for correspondence.

Can printed envelopes go through a standard printer or franking machine?

These are standard uncoated stock, which is what office equipment is designed for. Heavily coated or textured envelopes are the ones that jam and smear; uncoated takes toner, ink and a franking impression without trouble.

What's the minimum and maximum order quantity?

The minimum is 250 and the maximum is 25,000 per line item. Any quantity in that range is orderable in the store, and per-unit cost drops as quantity rises.

How long does envelope printing take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–4 business days — your exact turnaround is confirmed on the product page before you pay.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If it's our error — improper cutting, print quality, color or print shift, or printing delays — we fix it, period. First-time retail customers are also covered by our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Full details are on our guarantee page.
