Light polyester prints through, so the design is visible from the reverse as a softer mirror image. That is normal for single-sided flag printing and fine for a logo or a word. Text that must read correctly from both sides needs a double-sided construction, which is a different product.
It depends far more on wind than on sun. A flag in a sheltered forecourt lasts a long time; one on an exposed corner frays at the flying edge within a season. Bring flags in during storms and they last considerably longer.
The minimum is 1 and the maximum is 25 per line item. Any quantity in that range is orderable in the store, and per-unit cost drops as quantity rises.
