What changes the price

The honest part most printers won't say

If you want foil, letterpress, hand-deckled edges or lined envelopes, a specialist stationer will do it beautifully and we will not pretend to compete.

Our case is the run that matches your brand and arrives in time to be signed, which for December is most of the battle.

That's an honest comparison — the mega printers really are cheaper on a single promotional order, and a good corner shop really does offer hands-on service. Our case is consistency: every printed piece tied into the same brand system as your digital presence.

Pick: Client holiday cards

The one mailing people keep

A physical card arrives in a month when the inbox is unreadable. Heavy stock is doing real work here — a flimsy card reads as an afterthought and undoes the gesture.

Finishing the transaction well

Sent after completion rather than with the invoice. It costs very little per client and it is the cheapest reason for someone to think of you again in six months.

Print the whole list plus spares in a single run. Splitting a card order across two runs is more expensive and risks a visible color difference between the halves.

How an Order Actually Goes

Here's the actual sequence when you order: your file is checked by a person before anything prints — resolution, bleed, safe zones. If something's wrong, you hear from us with a fix, not a reprint bill. Production runs on commercial presses, not office equipment. You get tracking when it ships. If a deadline is tight, we tell you whether we can hit it before you pay — we've turned down orders we couldn't deliver on time rather than take the money and miss.

Questions

Greeting Card Printing FAQ

When should holiday cards be ordered?

Earlier than feels necessary. Working back from a mid-December arrival, you need production time, transit, and the days it takes you to sign and address them &mdash; and December post is slower than the rest of the year. Our <a href="/tools/print-deadline-calculator/">print deadline calculator</a> will do the arithmetic if you give it the date you want them landing.

Should a greeting card be signed by hand?

Yes, if you want it to work. A printed card with a handwritten line is the whole point of sending one; a printed card with a printed signature is a leaflet. Budget the signing time when you decide how many to send.

What's the minimum and maximum order quantity?

The minimum is 250 and the maximum is 10,000 per line item. Any quantity in that range is orderable in the store, and per-unit cost drops as quantity rises.

How long does greeting cards printing take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–4 business days — your exact turnaround is confirmed on the product page before you pay.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If it's our error — improper cutting, print quality, color or print shift, or printing delays — we fix it, period. First-time retail customers are also covered by our Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Full details are on our guarantee page.
